John has had a fast track career through marketing and general management with P&G, developing and putting into practice the tools he now teaches. He has had world-wide experience across famous global brands (Pampers, Ariel, Fairy Liquid, Always, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Oil of Olay, Pringles, Hugo Boss). He started up business in the Middle East in his early career, and became Country Manager of Greece at 32. He then spent time in the US parent, was General Manager of Taiwan, and then Managing Director of UK at the age of 38.
He practices what he preaches and preaches what he practices. He is the author of ‘Your One Week Way to Personal Success’, ‘Your One Week Way to Mind Fitness’ and ‘Mind Openers for Managers’. His latest book, ‘Business Beyond the Box – Applying Your Mind for Breakthrough Results’, was published by Nicholas Brealey in April 1999.
John is a much sought after speaker at international conferences. In the last four years he has twice been invited to address the prestigious European Top Management Forum. At these events he shared the platform with, among others, Peter Drucker, Dr Henry Kissinger, Sumantra Ghoshal, Sir Alistair Morton, Helmut Schmidt, Michael Porter, Gary Hamel and General Colin Powell.
